Book Cover Design

For the final project in a raster graphics class, I designed a book cover using Adobe resources. I chose to go with a fantasy genre, heavily inspired by nature and vintage art. I decided on the title, “FallenStarling.” The focus of the front cover is a whimsical yet elegant design using illustration. The back of the book has a simple layout and includes a description of the book; “Ella Starling returns to her small home town on the coast of Nova Scotia to dig into her family’s mysterious past. Along the way she discovers secrets more magical than her wildest imagination.”
